Pet Glitch

Forgive me if this has been asked and answered, but I couldn't find it. I have a problem with my pets-the cats and dogs sink into the floor and become stuck. I have to use the control pets on cheat and direct them to a task to unfreeze them. This happens quite frequently and has become a huge pain in the ass. I have all Eps and Sps, and they are all patched up to date with the exception of MG since EA didn't find it necessary to fix their colossal screw ups with that SP. Does anyone know of a fix or hack for the pets issue? Thank you!

Well, you say you are completely patched, then I blame this on a CC issue. Do you have a buyable Water Wiggler on any of these lots? If so, get rid of it.

No buyable water wiggler, but I do have some CC, do you know of any other CC that causes the same issue?

Not off the top of my head, but it's the first thing you should look at. Did you delete your cache files after patching? They sometimes hold old information.

Make sure that any Syberspunke Risky WooHoo (or any other woohoo hacks for that matter) are updated. In a classic example of EA wonkiness, the pet coding uses parts of what was the sim woohoo coding in earlier expansions.
