lebano:
Can someone help me please, before the new patch and expansion, I used to install the store stuff directly from the launcher. But now, that I installed the new patches and the expansion, when i try to install the stuff from the store, it gives me succes 100% in 1 second for every items even the big ones, and they are not checked like the others items that ive installed before. So they give me success but arent integrated to the game. Thx for the help :)

witch:
I see you have also asked your question in the correct thread. http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,16949.0.html

I suggest you read through the FAQ as well.

aya_alexa:
will this work even if you don't have the launcher? my launcher doesn't work. oh and i installed the separate riverview file. when i played the game the names of the lots are weird and some community lot building and objects are missing. did i do something wrong?

missnuki:
 :D

Seriously, Miss witch, thank you so very much for this and the instructions.... ESPECIALLY the instructions.

You're a doll!

Anywhoo,  the files work just fine, there seems to be no change in loading/saving.  I do think the CAS works much better.  At first, when the Store items were in their original format everything loaded very slowly, but now they are already loaded in the inventory and things move around more fluidly.

I have a Vista 32-bit OS & I put the files in the <PCname>/Documents/EA/Sims 3/DCCache folder  and the Mods/Packages folder. That seems to work for me.
