It doesn't matter if you have the installer monkey or whether the installer monkey has been updated. Go read the thread. There are easy step-by-step instructions there for making sure AM works with WA.

I'm not sure why but my computer isn't allowing me to download the framework, it says Unexpected End of Archive.
But the d3dx9_31.dll is there, but when i go to copy it, it says Archive is either in unknown format or damaged.
Am i doing something wrong here?

If you already have a working framework, then all you need to do is follow the instructions. No need to download it again.

I'm not sure how to get the framework downloaded on my computer, since it says all that bs about the unexpected end of archive, and if the framework is working, then what is wrong with the game?
