Thanks Tarlia, nice to know that Iīm not alone. Iīll go through the fixes and remove the unnedded ones :) and Iīll send my sim on a date in vanilla ... letīs see what happens then

Something for a specific version ONLY must never be placed in anything OTHER than those very specific versions, or else the game may malfunction horribly.

Well ... it was one of them hacks. Just tried without and the loveletter appear properly in the inventory. You know, I always tell others to remember to update their hacks and then I do something like this. I donīt know what to say, feeling pretty stupid right now.
