THANKS THIS IS GREAT

--Poison darts doing a bit more than just allowing them a 5 minute nap. Perhaps the poison last longer in the sims body, giving them an exhausted, tired or aching moodlet. Better yet, all three plus more!  If I were hit with a dozen poison darts, I wouldnt happily be able to move on to explore caves without any negative affects! There would be at least *some* signal to show that things aren't quite "Right"
I always thought those darts should cause a nausious moodlet after the sim wakes up and then they could throw up.  Maybe after that, they should be fatigued for 8 or so hours so they can't push statues, clear rubble or any other athletic activity.  The little nap is pretty lame as is.

On that same note, the snake bite while charming could have similar effects.  Too bad EA didn't see fit to include antivenom as an item as well as a possible death by snakebite.  Tongue

Also, fire and electricitcal traps should really have a chance of death much like fire and electircity elsewhere in game.  Traps are supposed to be dangerious.  And if you don't want the sim to die, you could always carry a Deathflower just in case.

should be difficult introduce an "autonomy baby and whoohoo " choice for sims ? nobody make it now, it would be more comfortable to have it in awesome ? many people ask for a such of hack  ?

I am sorry  ,because my english is bad, and I can't explain correctly, you say me once day, that it was an html hack, but all old hacks I had did not work now, include it in awesome was perhaps a good idea  ?

And thanck you for making our game more comfortable to playing, I play without it 15 days, it was horrible ! Wink

Discussing the idea "chance of death by traps" (which I rather like): is it actually possible for an active sim to die in any way (f.e. hunger) during vacation? Can the game handle/arrange this scenario? Or would it cause a CTD, or bugged neighborhood?

Also a return to the pre-patch/WA food spoilage in fridge rules.

I second this.  It's a pain to have to make fresh meals every time my sims want to eat a good meal.  There are a ton of threads regarding this matter on the Sims offical site, but so far nothing has been done about it.  It's awful to get to the top of the culinary career just to get the reward fridge and have your food spoil in it.  We shouldn't have to come here and ask someone else to fix a EAxian bug but here we are anyway.

If you will go to Simbology.com, and find the Sims3 downloads/hacks section, then you will see Twoftmama's teen/adult autonomous TFB (try for baby) and woohoo hacks in many flavors. I am currently using one that was updated to work for the 1.6 patch, and it is working perfectly with the new 1.7.9 patch.

Would it be impossible for sims that are not active to still collect and acquire stuffs? For example if I have a sim collect seeds, switch away and have them actually collect?

Would it be possible for a future AM update or mod to include a better AI script for autonomy that assesses the sims' needs. It gets so frustrating when I leave my computer for a few minutes and my sim has crapped herself, starved, passed out, etc. because she wanted to play with the sprinklers/guitar/chess/paint. It's really ridiculous that sims would rather do some repetitive nonsense instead of something productive on their own. Who plays with sprinklers for 15 hours just to pass out on the lawn in the morning? Roll Eyes
Or maybe, for people who like to play large families, if the sims could complete challenges and/or opportunities on their own if they have the required skills, friends, food, and/or items in their inventory.
If there is a mod already out for any one of these, please let me know. I've tried searching but to no avail.

RTFM. That's exactly what Supreme Commander does. CTRL-click a Sim and choose a tone.

Exists, it's called "Supreme Commander".

Or maybe, for people who like to play large families, if the sims could complete challenges and/or opportunities on their own if they have the required skills, friends, food, and/or items in their inventory.
Supreme Commander already does that, yes. If you have a "turn in at rabbithole" quest or a "deliverquestitems" quest, Supreme Commander will automatically attempt to fill it.

My apologies. Read about Supreme Commander in the manual but I was a little foggy on what it actually did so I didn't enable it. I'll test it out, thanks.

I'm sorry. I just had a sim running around for days collecting seeds while I played another household, and when I returned they have no seeds. Do they automatically sell? Everything else is there

Undecided

Er, but I just noticed something funny. My sim wishes to make Nectar with Cheese. But the machine won't let me place Cheese!

That's probably EA failure. There used to be a bug where sims wanted to upgrade gates, too.

Would it be possible to allow eating of raw fish in their inventories?  My wife has mentioned on multiple occasions how hilarious it would be if a sim could grab a raw fish and start chowing down on it.

Just like all of the other EA failures.  But in this case I wonder if you can use cheese when your at a high enough level as the original comment didn't mention what nectar making skill level they were at.

It would really be cool if in WA sims in other counties could age, progress their pregnancies and everything else in the same manner as in the neighborhood... I don't know... it's kind of stupid to me that they went back to the no aging while on vacation idea... or how my male sim's toddler appears younger than his little brother who was born in China and simply magically appeared as a child because of EA's lack of logic.... or how the one in China is never going to grow up unless I move him to the neighborhood... it creates inconsistancies in the game

Essentially the locations are just other saved games.  In order for them to age/marry/spawn etc the simulation for that town would need to be constantly running along side your neighbourhood, and things would be a tad slow.

I saw a few posts here about a portable toilet and instantly thought of..

http://www.thebrowncorporation.com/

Might throw together a mesh of it real quick.

You can't at 10, I was really hoping you could!  I kept the want for Potato Nectar forever.  I was hoping that there was eventually an opportunity to learn it, like in gardening, but I've been 10 for awhile and gone to France in that time, think it's just shoddy wanting.

It's funny, because in real life, potato "nectar" exists, and I am drinking some right now.

May I?  Grin

Could it be somehow...possible...to incorporate into AM...a chance for death of elders while they`re woohooing? Something like a hart-attack? Small percentage, but still there. Just like in RL. I know this sounds stupid and "eew, old people don`t have sex, ZOMG, you creep!!!!111" but I`d like my sims to...errrm...come and go.  With a permanent smile on their face.... Grin

Believe me, if there were animations or even a death type for this sort of thing, death from woohoo would already have been added. Game needs more killing and eating.

There's a risk of death with WooHoo anyway isn't there? I mean doesn't it deplete the hunger motive? So in theory you could keep them fucking until one of 'em starved. I killed quite a few Romance sims off that way on TS2.

I don't think that happens in TS3 anymore. The risk in real life is that the female bites off the male's head and then eats him.

Nope.  It's enabled, but they can only eat cheese and meat, not fish.
