If you use Google to find the file, you will find it on the Crazy Town site: http://www.the-isz.com/theisz/index.php?showtopic=3569. At least that's how I found it after I'd seen that the file was missing from the Mega Upload site. Good luck.

This is one mod i can not live with out i hate all the time it takes to skill them up with out this so thank you for this mod. But i have one question it works well fro teens adults and elders but what about children skills and toddler skills i recently had a sim tot and their skills did not rise as fast as her mom or dads

I use the 50% flavour and that feels like a good speed, not super fast but fast enough to see results. ;)
