I think Teenage Turf is a major ugly piece of phail shit. I'm not too concerned whether any one else agrees or not. I don't think the lot is flat though.

Flattening the lot is easy. Making it available for people who don't have Teen Style Stuff is harder. Can it be remade as a base-game lot?
Update:
Both lots look easy to remake as base-game. I vote for Teenage Turf, because I like one-story houses.
