Do Vagrant/Homeless Sims still Grow Old?

Do Vagrant/Homeless Sims still Grow Old and die out? or have children?

I have a couple of sims who go homeless on their own
is that okay? is there a way to prevent it?

They should age (and grow old and die), but I don't believe they will have additional children while homeless.

If they went homeless on thier own it is likely becasue they went broke and could no longer pay thier bills.  If you want them to be able to move back in somewhere, you could FamilyFund them a handout and be sure there is affordable housing with appropriate sleeping space available in the hood.

How do I know if I have some sims going homeless?  Where would I find them?  Because the only way to find my sims is through Menu to "Choose a family" by choosing their lots.  Homeless sims without a lot, how would I find them?
