I can vouch too - you go into a job where you're not actually seen by anyone but your co-workers and you can do and wear whatever you like. I work with a girl that has hair similar to the shaved mohawk in TS3 and is covered in puzzle-piece tattoos...no one gives a shit coz she still does her job properly.
