Not So Teensy

A wee while ago I uploaded Teensy, a singleton's lot for under §16K. I've now converted it into a family house. 20 x 30 lot. §19,171 furnished and §13,962 unfurnished. I've added a second bedroom and a second bathroom. I've embiggened the kitchen and added a lounge. All bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings are of high quality.

I might have overdone the nursery.  ::)

Yoinked.  You can't overdo nurseries. Babies have no discrimination.

:) Witch, it's another very nice, playable lot. The only small thing I notice is that I think the building would have worked better with a gable roof, but aside from that it's perfect. You are exceptionally good at doing highly playable layouts. :)

Just as I was getting the hang of roofs in TS2, TS3 came along. I'm really not very good with them, I agree, there are probably better ways to do roofs.

It would also look better with a masonry/brick type foundation I reckon.

Heh, Jim.

saraswati:
Witch I know what you mean, the roof tool for TS3 is a bit on the painful side. It's one of those things along with the interface that EA screwed up with TS3. The other thing that I find baffling is the fact that you can't actually save an unpopulated lot in buy/build mode, you've got to go up to the neighborhood view. I find myself asking "why?"
