You know, normally, it helps to list additional traits that fit, rather than just the misfit traits.

Could you make some sims react by fighting or arguing, while others might fall asleep or run away? On the other hand, loyal followers would have to applaud.

I have to say the other two posters have pretty much captured my expectations. I would imagine that the Grumpy, Hot-Headed, Mean, and Neurotic would react with anger, at the very least, if not violence. Meanwhile, the Cowardly, Easily Impressed, and Insane would be awed by my verbose virtuousness. Everyone else would lapse into a bored coma without delay.
