Is it safe to move maxis pre-placed lots?

We really do need a list of all the things that can cause potential BFBVFS.
I am sick and tired of having to post things like this, just because we have no simple list of what not to do.
Mootilda:
I'd love to see the BFBVFS list. I'm not sure that I know all of them.
