Well... The last two have a few more Actions but It's not "Highly" useful.

I agree. At first reading a "dastardly book" was quite amusing but later, it was more of a "just read a freakin book".
However I do like the "never nude". In my opinion it's kinda cool when they take baths and showers in their swimsuits, however truly unuseful it may be. The only good thing about Evil is "taking candy from a baby"... ha, love that. 8)

A bathtub in the garden? I can see where the never nude trait comes in handy. You wouldn't want poor Mrs. Crumplebottom to walk by and have a heart attack, not that, that can happen.
