What is Deltabuild?

I went in to explore the fullbuild and saw this DeltaBuild.package this appears after you install the patch, just wanted to let you know about this.

Erry:
It's the new fixes, one is 1kb, and it has fixed audio. Another has four .dds files which, I think, are fixed textures. The other one, contains all non-sound or texture fixes, or at least I think so, never really checked.
