THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I don't know if this happen only in my game or not. I never experience any crash after I installed  awesome mod and updated to 1.4.6. patch. But my sim child bring Mortimer's mother from school?

I also noticed that my family oriented and hopeless romantic sims are becoming more vulnerable from cheating. At the first time I played the game,  my hopeless romantic would become a loyal spouse even though they are flirty with other sims before they got married.  Today when I played the game, they accept flirting from other sims event though their relationship bar with their spouse is 100 and going steady. So, they are becoming just the same like flirty sims  Cry
It happened too with my family oriented sim. If their relationship bar with their spouse is below 95, they accept flirting from other sims too Angry . I mean even in the real world you can not always keep 100% relationship with your spouse,  some family might be living in different areas because of work, etc. When I first played this game, my family oriented sim would be a loyal spouse even though their relationship bar with their spouse is only 80.  Is this some part of the Awesome mod update? Can I have an option to enable or disabled it? Thanks

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Hello, I've got a bit of a problem and was wondering if I could get some help.

I downloaded AwesomeMod a while back and instantly fell in love with it. But about a week into playing it there came to my attention an error that prevented me from playing all together. The Sims 3 will load, but when the select neighborhood option becomes available and a neighborhood is selected, the game instantly crashes. I thought initally it was my save data or something, so I deleted that, but it continues to have the problem when I try and start a new game. I have no other mods than AwesomeMod, and after removing AwesomeMod from the Packages folder I can start up a new game. I really love playing the Sims 3 with AwesomeMod, but I'm rather torn on what to do. Deleting AwesomeMod and reinstalling it doesn't help, and deleting and redownloading doesn't seem to do the trick either.

I would be so thankful for any help with this problem, and if it is a common problem that I have simply not been able to find an answer to I apologize, I'm very new to this sort of thing...

Any help would be great!!

Crashing on neighborhood click is the result of either an incompatible mod, or the wrong patch level. Be sure to patch your game.

Just type in bless for the households you don't want messed with.  Once they become sacred, they won't stray.

Thanks .. I just learned that it's all because of the attractive lifetime happiness given to my flirty sims. It has nothing to do with Awesome Mod.

I have seen this happen with once in my game. A child sim in the household I was playing brought home an adult sim from school. The adult sim has the Childish trait, so I assume that means he can go to school sometimes. But maybe it's something else?

It's not anything I made, as I FIRMLY DISCOURAGE the practice of bringing ANYONE and would never have made such a feature and therefore, it is a purely EAxian feature, but just the same...PEDO!

I have a very peculiar bug. after about 15-25 minutes after my town loads up, the game begins to lock up for about 10 seconds, comes back for a couple of seconds, then locks up again. I have the latest version of AM, and 1.4. a couple of custom content, but nothing too big. Help?

Is this the usual for your Sims 3 experience or is this new since the latest AM update?

It only happened once I installed AM. The thing is, the game doesn't exactly "lock up." It's as if the sim is frozen, but time moves on. the cursor moves, the plumbob continues to rotate, and music keeps playing. I can't move the camera, or pause the game. thanks for the quick reply, btw.

Edit: It seems that it's the 1 A.M slowdown glitch. any fix?

Recently I converted a small park (lot size 10x30) across the restaurant in Riverview into residential and built a small shack. The shack has bare minimum plus an easel, doesn't even have an stove because I intend to survive on pizza until I can buy Discount Diner reward. Problem is, when I activate Supreme Commander and select 'Task: Paint,' my sim runs around the lot crazily like beheaded chicken. Is this due to the too small lot size? Or supreme commander doesn't work well on converted lots somehow? When I erase the easel and set a new one in the park across the street, Supreme Commander behaves normally but my sim is constantly harassed by all the passers-by while painting.

The supreme commander paint task has never worked for me... the sim I tried to use it with decided preening in the mirror was a better idea than painting even though the easel was in the room next to her. I was also using Riverview.

Last night I discovered a small problem with Supreme Commander. I had a teen and a child living in an abandoned garage. They had no bathroom facilities on the lot. The SC kept trying to send the child off lot to use the bathroom and the game kept sending her home because it was after her curfew.

Hi Witch!  If this remains a problem, you should disable the "curfew police" thing in the aweconfig file.  Just my two cents!

Children still automatically go home with or without the police. They fear them even when they're not there. When I last raised a child in my game, at exactly 10 PM she'd run home even though she was staying with her mother's friends next door and her parents were gone, so technically she would have been 'safer' if she'd stayed with the friends (couple of gay guys) playing video games all night.

Sorry, forgot to mention, it is turned off.

Although I thought it related only to teens and turned it off for that reason.

Hmn, never really noticed that!  Next time I play a family with a child I'll watch for it.  I'm so anal about knowing where my teenage son is in real life, I guess I just don't worry so much, or even be very observant of, what the pixel children are doing.  But then again, the pixel children in my game have bathrooms (and countless other luxuries too easy to provide).  I'm not a fan of hardship.

I thought that was normal. I get no message that the police were gonna come for her if she was tardy, but I think that's only relevant to teens, I think.

It looks like you've corrupted your neighborhood, as one of your game's owned rabbitholes has become somehow unravelled and no longer is correctly linked to the world. Although I have added a workaround to prevent an error on encountering this, this REALLY should not be happening and something has gone very wrong with your neighborhood.

I had a sim couple who I "blessed". Later when I went back to them I decided to UN-bless them by typing "bless" again in the console (which removed it as a trait) and went off to play other families.

However, story mode seemed to have no effect on them. Maybe it's just a coincidence, or maybe it's because I left SC turned on (with instructions to work on his book), but the two were engaged but never actually married even after playing other families for a whole sim week. I went back to play them then and the female sim had been promoted several times and the guy sim was still working on his book, but other than that, I had to marry them off myself. Since AM Story Mode seems to marry other sims off fairly quickly I was very surprised that it wasn't affecting this couple and wondered if there wasn't some continued "bless" effect going on even though it had been removed.
