What 5 Buy Mode objects would you like Modders to make first?

1) More cars, real world cars!! Especially expensive ones - base game cars are fugly!
2) The instruments and the ability to choose a style of music on the guitar >.>
3) As said many times, Aquarium.
4) Robot Gardener. Having more than 10 plants is unbearable for singleton sims, if they have a life.
5) Modular sofa.

I've had a lot of play time to think on this.
1. Customizable stairs/fences/chimneys
2. Ceiling fans as lights (they don't need to spin)
3. Shelves to put things on
4. Aquariums of various sizes
5. Backless benches and footstools (chairs) for my sims to sit on
Also, something that is not a buymode thing:
The ability to adjust the height of different sections of roof independently.

1 - windows that coordinate with the doors.
2 - draperies and other window treatments that don't let the window 'poke' through (the ones that came with game are as bad as some of the ones TS2 creators made way back when, makes one wonder).
3 - hanging ceiling lights that aren't grotesquely huge and therefore stupid looking.
4 - a ditto on the shelving unit that came with Bon Voyage (although, I did discover that you can put stuff on top of the dressers!)
5 - a ditto on the aquarium thing...the fishbowl thing is really stupid and you have to click each bowl to have a sim feed the fish.

1. A hot tub! This object has been important for relationships in Sims 1 and 2 and it also would be helpful in Sims 3.
2. Aquariums in 4 different sizes (1x1, 1x2, 1x3, 3x3) with the ability to hold (and show!) all the fishes a Sim puts in there. So the lifetime wish for the perfect aquarium would make sense at last.
3. Elevators
4. Spiral staircases!
5. A coffee-hack which fills up the energy bar. Oh and while we talk about coffee: A cheap coffee machine would be great, too.
