What 5 Buy Mode objects would you like Modders to make first?
Aquilegia:
Sims can also woohoo at City Hall and the science lab. In all four cases, the sims you want to have live dangerously need to go on a tour together.

Hmmm, let's see...
- a free standing shower like the one that came with university
- clutter of any kind (more plants, kitchen pots and utensils, bathroom supplies, gardening tools, etc.)
Hell yes! Those are number one and two on my list.
More cars. Seriously...who in Sunset Valley wouldn't love to take a nice drive along the coast in their convertible?
Changing Tables...it just looks weird to toss the kid in the air, and boom...clean diaper. Other baby/toddler accessories would be nice too.
Stationary bicycle. I prefer those to treadmills thanks much. What about an elliptical or stair stepper machines? Those would be a nice addition to any home or gym.
I know it's not buy mode...but I want my half walls back damn it! *shakes fist at EA for taking them away* It's fugly as all hell using a fence in place of a half wall.
wyvern:
Fireplaces which can be stacked atop each other, sharing one chimney. It's idiotic if I want fireplaces on 2 floors I have to partition off so much space.
Custom paintings with recolorable frames. How EA missed this, given we can customize everything else to death, I don't know. A few nice, empty (recolorable, damnit!) frames which we can choose the pictures for.
Moar fence choices, or the ability to recolor what we have.
Square-cut male trunks for working out and swimming that don't hang down to the knees.
Everything else has already been mentioned.
edalbformat:
A program/tool to import TS2 meshes directly in TS3.
Flowers, bushes, potted plants and watever green that can be placed anywhere. The only pots I can place on a tea table are ridiculous small or stupid look.
Stackable foundations in 3 different heights, connectable by stairs and passable thru normal doors. Spiral stairs are good to save space but very few use them. Instead it is useful to make indoor stairs that can change direction - who would place spirals on appartment buildings?
Swimmable seas and ponds.
Sims can dive from pool borders, not just close the nose and jump on fat lady style.

I was a bit put out when I couldn't take my sims to a nightclub - where are they supposed to pick up dubious men? The library? I tried to make one, but it's byob. They can't woohoo in public either - it sucks. :'(
I put a double bed on the beach bar and my female sim had no issues with woohooing Gus Something. When a teen female sim showed up Gus went up to her and asked her to leave. It was quite funny. I am presently redecorating my hood and incorporating apartment like features in the community lots. It's like free hotel for homeless sims.
Anyway, I would really love to have back the possibility to stack stairs on top of another on multiple floors, like normal buildings have. Alternating the location on each floor takes up too much space.
