Missing Character Data

I have a sim with missing character data after what I am going to assume was a bad lot load.

I wish to delete this sim, but every time I start with the "Deleted 2" process, the game crashes to the desktop.

How do I delete this sim?

I just wanna know how to get rid of this thing, but if the neighborhood is borked, I could just make a new one.
