Auto Flush Toilets + Wash Hands

All sims except for slobs will close the lid & wash their hands.No more trying to flush the damn toilets,because they auto flush every time.Also an autoflushtoiletsonly package,with default settings.

Toilets still need cleaned but I have yet seen one that needs plunged.

It's a great mod but can you make a little change?
I would like to make the sims don't wash hand after using a toilet when they will have a bath or shower after toilet.
Maybe I wrote it unintelligibly.:)
