But I can't download from there. It's said you must login before download. There are some people already informed the issue in comment section there, but didn't get any respond. It seems majority don't have any problem with this, just minority like me.

Actually I do read it, but I'm not sure because the download link is provided. It have been posted since March, I think, no way it took so long to fix it up to July. Some people also reported about Male mesh broken link, but didn't get any respond.
EDIT: Finally S-Club replied people comments. it had been taken down yesterday to fix something wrong. I just came at the wrong time.

Don't accuse the site owners of not responding until yesterday just because you didn't notice. They've repeatedly responded to posts regarding the file's absence. The comments aren't dated but having posted there myself, on this very topic, I am 100% positive that the responses were posted within days of the file being withdrawn.
As jezzer pointed out, it's even mentioned in the description of the set.
