Well I already have the full set Sims3Pack file, but as I said before I tried to install the whole set as both a recompress Package and a decrapped Sims3Pack and everything works but the lot doesn't show up in game. What I need is the file that goes to the Library folder. It's as easy as someone with the ORIGINAl lot in their town just saving it (using the in-game Add to Library option) and then uploading the file. But of course, I don't want to bother anyone with my... lame request.

The Launcher sucks and sometimes fails to put lots into the library. As jezzer and KT stated, you already have the file so you don't need anyone to upload it.
Move your .ebc files out of DCCache. Reinstall the lot, making sure a new lot package appears in your Library folder. Then move the original .ebc files back into DCCache, allowing them to overwrite the new one.
