Skadi made the last torrent I know of and that was indeed late last year, not sure if that's TPB one. Moryrie did all the sims3packs in package format and that's about 3-4 months out of date as well. Also, all the Megaupload links are of course dead. ::) There are various compilations in the downloads thread, you might be best with some of those.

I think the one I was looking at was the package one so probably Moryie. I'd check now but I'm at work and who knows what would pop up from going there, heh.
I'll fish through some of the compilations and see which sounds good. EA sure has been busy churning out a lot of crap. :P

I had just switched to Moryrie's packages about a month or two before she stopped making them. She took out the crappiest cc and included some fixes. It's probably worth still using her stuff up to when she stopped and then filling up with the latest sims3packs you want to use.
Jezzer has made some fixes for counters that work with decrapped sims3packs as well as packages - there's an issue that stops some of the corner counters from taking a redesign. (Jezzer's fixes were included with Skadi's torrent but there should also be links in this thread.)

I think I might still have jezzer's files. I will see and put them on mediafire. I like to keep everything in one simple place so it's easy to nuke. [So stop asking me to mirror people!]

I found a good set on Demonoid (it was down when I checked this morning) by Rachelstoolbox. It's supposed to have a store stuff through March 2012 and she included both package files and sims3packs so the file is huge at over 8GB.
