I've found a mod that does this, but its outdated to the point where it was made when TS3 first came out, so I figured I would ask here.
Can anyone make or WCIF an updated/working mod that increases Burglar activity?
I have never seen a burglar since I started playing TS3 and I've been playing it on and off since it came out. Houses barely catch fire even when I try to make them, I want some misfortune!

Does anyone know if there's a mod that fixes the broken animations for the Infinite Flow Hot Tub (from December 2011 compilation) and/or the King and Queen of Steam (Las Vegas Set)?

Er... WCIF a mod to stop the baby crying animation? (the little in-crib dance it does when a motive is low, stopping the parents from doing anything about it.)
