According to the OP the compilation is only available in package format. There's no sims3pack left to custard.

The September 2011 Sims3pack is in the downloads thread, just like every other sims3pack that has come out. Just because the OP found a .package doesn't mean that's the only download available.

WCIF a mod that stops sims from having days off of work/school after graduation? I found one for weddings but the maker doesn't seem able to make one for graduation.

If you have AwesomeMod, you could try typing "backtowork" into the console. That was made to cancel unwanted maternity-leave days, it may work the same here.
