If you are able to get on the official forum, LynxAQ has expanded Sunset Valley in CAW, updated to include lots for Pets. Only thing the family connections are broken and the graveyard tombstones are blank. I like the expansion and have been removing the families and residential lots with my own, but it does allow for more home placement.

Looks promising. I'll certainly download it and have a look. Missing family links isn't an issue, as I plan to wipe it clean. I've not used any custom worlds before, so I have no idea if there are any special requirements regarding decrapifing correctly

If you use decrapified packages/sim3packs, decrapify the world (unless you don't mind the furniture being replaced). Alternatively, if it doesn't install while crapified, decrapify it.
