The last two are Diva & Divo set and obviously Africa Inspiration Set. For the guys hairs, I recognize some of the Hobo set. So grab them in sims3pack and convert them yourself. It only takes a couple of clicks to make a package, you know?

How dare you suggest that this little tardlette has to figure out which sets these items come from, find the sims3pack and convert them into packages itself! ;)

Looks like it; SimsVIP says those hairs are from the $60 Simpoint bundle. http://simsvip.com/2012/10/18/sims-3-store-new-simpoint-bundle-2/
And EA said we were getting HALLOWEEN stuff for buying the bundle. ::)
