What the fuck are you talking about? You just shove the wand in her pocket and she uses it when she needs it.
I was thinking for storytelling purposes. As in, to have the wand in hand while not actually doing magic.
You shold probably go to Garden of Shadows and ask there--they do requests like that; someone might take you up on that.
