The only mod coming close to true teen pregnancy is on sims2living.com.
Teen woohoo / pregnancy / marriage for Sims 3 is in the works.
Since when, is MATY a ground for advertising of PAY stuff?

Teen woohoo for AL is here!
The Original Teen Woohoo for Sims 2, the mod that keeps teens in the teen life stage (other mods change them to adults), is ready for Apartment Life. Look in the mods download area. Teens can woohoo, marry, and even 'try for baby' if you so choose! Check it out! Please note that we ask for a small donation for this mod. All other content on the site is free with registration.
LFox:
Very nice pregnancy was WAY too short. In all honesty it seems even shorter than in TS2. By the way someone else is attempting to make a teen woohoo mod.

By the way if your gonna tinker with male pregnancy would you mind making female/female pregnancy? So annoying that you gotta have one of them use a disposable NPC to get a kid.

Thanks very much for this, wanted a teen / teen woohoo mod and a longer pregnancy.
The other person failed at the mod, so if this one works, then this is officially the first teen woohoo mod.

Just to clarify, all this package has is the preg mod. [My] teen woohoo is still nonfunctional and being banged around in my computer.
Oh, and LFox: Yes. If I can make male/male, I will totally try for female/female too. I mean, it's a balance thing. And they have meshes already; c'mon. :P
A completely worthless progress update:
So, I figure I need to at least take a look at what's going on with this whole scripting thing to move past the... lack of total functionality I currently have. I downloaded Reflector and Reflexil, and am trying to figure out how to actually look at the files I want. I think I'm supposed to decrypt d3dx9_31, as from what I understand it is a (wrapped? wut?) gofur for bigger, more interesting coded files, but.. I don't know how to do that part. The wiki entry on it is in Greek to me, though I've read it more times than anyone should have to. So I'm stuck at "...d3dx9_31.dll' does not contain a CLI header." Grah.
That said, I can understand why there's another teen woohoo (or several) in progress. People want the feature, and to a humble newb like me, the code readily available in the gameplay data makes it seem potentially easy. But as ya'll all know, no, it really isn't that simple. The mesh crap is, frankly, retardedly imposing, but I shall continue my chant of "iiitty bitty baby steps..." Depending on the solution to The Mesh Problem TS3, f I can get some code voodoo working, maybe I can find a mesher. Or, likewise, if someone else gets some code going, maybe I can try my hand at meshing. As a pompous Artiste with much association with 3d modelers, I actually do know exactly what this entails: kill me.
Lastly, I'm glad a couple of ya'll seem to be enjoying the preggy mod as is. It makes me feel all bubbly. :D
omgz it's eight pm and I just friggin woke up I hope this is coherent graaaaggghhhh zombehhh x_x

- Is there a friggin search in S3PI or the eh TSR tool? Postal has alphabetical, but doesn't list the same level of resource name, ie, the descriptive one. Hell, I'd settle for an alphabetical list by resource name at this point. That would make my corrupted little heart's dreams come true.
in S3PI, click the 'sort' and 'use resource names' checkboxes, then you can click on the column heading 'resource name' to sort them alphabetically....
