So did anyone else notice the knockoff Brady Bunch family?
Quetzkotl:
They actually did a nice job with the house. It even came with the tacky 70s color scheme. It's too bad that the family itself looked pretty revolting. Now I just have to send them all in the backyard to toss a football. "Ow my nose!"

What?

What?
The Bunch family (Arlo, Judy and spawn) appear to be some sort of takeoff on the Brady Bunch. Too bad every last one of them is fuglier than sin, otherwise they'd be a potential mating pool for my Sims.

Darnelle is cute, once grown up, but I agree the others are fugly. I know because my selfsim ended hitched up with the older of the Bunch spawn, Ethan. Please don't ask me why :P.

I'm a big Brady Bunch fan myself and had a wide grin on my face when discovering them. I just wish they had made them look more like them - I know, I know - Likenesses could get a court case, but I can't imagine that whoever owns the Brady rights (Tori Spelling or her Dad? :D) would actually go that far. Still, this is America and it just might I suppose.
However, I'm thrilled with the house and plan to re-make the Bradys myself properly. They got the traits right for the most part - but is that supposed to be a Marcia/Jan combination? Plus, there's still no way to include Alice... unless she's a neighboring friend.
Of course, I will do none of this until the whole story progression thing is solved - I'm very close to getting Awesomemod, but I'd like to wait a bit longer.
I love the fact that they throw TV references into the game.
