Hmm I haven't checked other neighborhoods because I only ever play one. I should go look. I also don't use SimPE because I'm on a Mac. So I don't suppose I can go in there and fix it.

I've had pets who think they are sims and swear it's nothing I did. Sometimes they just get screwed up. No fixes that I know of though & I can't find threads to link to. Not having a good day with search. :(
