Place the greenhouse lot.package into your library, and the greenhouse.package where ever you put your other .package objects.

To use these files:
1. Decrapify the untouched packages.
2. Find C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3 Seasons\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged on your computer (path will be different depending on OS and how you install).
3. Make a backup of your Seasons Library folder.
4. Copy decrapped packages to the Library folder (put them inside the library folder) and choose replace.
You may want to restore the original library files when patching. Though I doubt EA will ever change the lots.
EA has intentionally replaced some store objects with Seasons objects, but Lunar Lakes in particular will look much better with the decrapped lot.
