I had that too! I'm almost sure there's a template for NPCs somewhere: I also had three identical maids spawned in a row.
Anyway, that guy in the picture is one of the worst; he leaves the houses a mess. I would suggest to fire him at once.

Not only that, but he likes to raid my sim's fridge. He was fired after that. ;D
