I extended the town hall, so now you can at least go inside (through the back). It will eventually contain a lobby, reading area, internet area etc.

I haven't taken many good pictures yet. I actually did have one of some cave drawings hiding on the far side of a big rock that I found when I took my sim down to one of the fishing spots looking for rocks, but it was night and the picture is incredibly dark. I'll try to see if I can get a better one later.
Anyway, it appears that I own a diner in Simland:
