No censor hack for TS3

I was very careless when I installed this hack and forgot to make a copy of the original Shaders_Win32 file.
Can someone please upload one?

I'm in the same boat as teddybear, and I want to patch my game but I can't without the original file. If someone could send me the file or upload it it would be greatly appreciated.

I lost my file and could also do with being sent a backup copy of it.
