This works for me, but it seems like instead of modifying game files directly, someone could use the method HystericalParoxysm used to get rid of fairy farts in build mode. Maybe.

She usually kills them by biting through their necks. I don't have a neck. My head is attached directly to my shoulders in the manner of a turret. So instead, I just get these nasty shoulder wounds, which isn't quite as effective. ....7z is the extension of this zipped package! You do have the Shaders_Win32.precomp file. Just unzip this with 7zip or Winrar, and overwrite it.

thats what i did!
i took the one in the folder out and replaced it with the downloaded one,
and i still have the censor.
