You'll need a torrent opening program, like vuse or utorrent. You will also want Daemon Tools. All are free programs.

SuperScarlet, MATY's FAQ contains a lot of info about torrenting. Perhaps you should look there. Continuing to flail like this will start to get peoples' goats around here.
