I'm playing a dorm and I don't have the 'call targets' option anymore. If I 'call Sim' I will find the Sim at home and available to talk. I know that the target must be known, not a friend, and available to talk and the menu is on the Sim. All of these are true yet 'call targets' isn't showing up.

Call Targets only comes up if the Sim is in a dwelling for which targets are useful. That is, a non-uni residential lot or a Greek House.

I believe 'call targets' also disappears if the sim has more than enough friends and is at the top of his/her career, since there's no need for it anymore.

I think it counts the total number of household friends in the family against the number required for the top of the career that sim is in, or for level 6 in a greek house. A few times I've seen it come back because one of my popularity sims graduated, or was claimed by the Reaper. :D

I've had the same problem with all my sim families in Belladonna Cove with the phone hack, always having to do it twice. I took out the phone hack, but left in the phone talk module, so it doesn't happen anymore. This was happening with all the families on any of the pre-existing lots. I only use the DC so :-\.
