How Many Townies do you have?

I'd say you're starting to toe the line there. Explosions are reported around the 800-1000 mark.
Doesn't that number vary too depending upon whether you have the expansions and patches or not? I seem to remember having a lot of issues with just vanilla TS2 at a much lower number than that.

One could hope :D. I have 1,270 total sims in my neighborhood with UNI and NL and no problems. *knock on wood*
Emma:
How can you tell how many sims you have in a neighbourhood? Do you sit there and count them all? :o
Motoki:
Well the townies are all in one specific household. It's not that hard to check in SimPE or TS2Enhancer. I suppose you could even count them with a teleport object like Inge's bush or something.

Simply go in c:/mydocuments/eagames/thesims2/neighborhoods/N00X/characters folder and it will tell you how many you have in each of them.
N001 = Pleasantview
N002 = Strangetown
N003 = Veronaville
N004 and more are your custom hood
If you know how many created Sims you have in each hood, you deduct that number and you will know approx. how many townies/NPC you have.
