n00b question: Why can't I see the Firing Range?

I looked and looked! I searched, googled, browsed...
I read the FAQ... I followed the Firing Range link there...

It said that either it doesn't exist or I'm not allowed to see it.  :(

Could anyone tell me what I need to do to earn admittance?

the site has been updated. the firing range has been rolled in with the armory.

There are still threads all over this forum and other forums directing people to the MATY Firing Range.
