anyone know what controlls the LS neighborhoods?

I want to get on to bitville but cant be bothered to do half of rileys then all of vincents story just to steal some lots.
is there a token or something?

Which lots did you want? I have some of them at http://thesims2.ea.com/mysimpage/uploads.php?user_id=360528&nstart=1&asset_type=lot

I didn't find a way to get them without playing the stories. I could get into the neighborhood, but the extracted lots would then crash when added to another neighborhood (if they had been part of the story).
