Pythagoras window won't go on diagonal wall with M&G?

The Pythagoras window is the triangular window from OFB. I have Apartment Life, but not Mansions and Gardens. I've confirmed that the Pythagoras window works properly without M&G. People at N99 are reporting that with M&G, that window can no longer be placed on a diagonal wall. Any theories what could cause this? Would a fix be difficult?

Since I read about it at N99, I've been trying to figure out the cause and a fix, but so far with no luck. I can't see anything obvious that makes it not go on a diagonal wall. The window clearly does have a diagonal version, but for some odd reason it doesn't work. I also tried cloning another window from the same set and importing the mesh into it, but for some reason it made my game crash completely. It's been a while since the last time I made windows, so it's possible I just made a mistake. I will look into it again when I have the motivation to fix things :P
