How do I know what society groups do the NPCs belong to

Huh. My bad, I was completely misinterpreting the word "Family". Apparently, it didn't occur to me that "Family" meant just that.
I've got it now.
I was expecting to find a family name, not those instance numbers for the families.
I still think it's too much effort to figure it out, but I'm glad I actually know how to do so now.

NPCs' (Service and not) families are usually created in new neighborhood with the last name of the first sim spawned in that family, or blank last name.
I usually rename all of them in SimPE, according to their family ID, so I don't have to re-read my notes every time. Just don't let one of your NPC families going empty, or it will be renamed again with the last name of the next sim which will be spawn by the game, and you'll have to re-edit.

Wouldn't it be easier just to rename them Socialites, Techies, Jocks, Bohemians, and Gearheads?
Well, easier for the casual game-player who isn't really planning to do much with SimPe besides spy on genetics, relations, and the like.
EDIT: It seems like many of the sims don't look remotely like they belong within their social groups. How frustrating.

Suddenly I have come up an idea. I am not sure if I should open a new thread, but anyway I just post it here.
It has been so disturbing that local people in Far East looks too Western... I want to make them more Eastern by having blacker hair, slightly darker or a bit yellower skin and smaller eyes so that those people in Kimono can look more Japanese. Just wondering how much time it gonna take me if I am to edit those locals one by one. :-\
