Well, obviously, it would have to do something, otherwise it wouldn't exist.
It just doesn't seem like it does enough for it to be worthwhile, unless you desperately want/need to fill that want.

Too long, I'd say.  Every "feature" seems to do something, although a good 60% of the time, it seems that something is very, very bad.
