"Lifelong Happiness" - does it do anything?

Supposedly, learning Lifelong Happiness in AL causes the aspiration level to drop more slowly, however, I haven't actually noticed any difference.  Can anyone confirm or deny that learning this skill has any real effect?

J. M. Pescado:
Just goes to show how hacks that "reduce" the decay are totally unnoticeable in terms of their effect, yes.

Orange Indigo:
It probably does something, it's just minor and worthless unless your sim rolls the want for it (which I've noticed that non-permaplat Knowledge elders seem to).

Insanity Prelude:
Darren Dreamer keeps rolling it in my game too, and he's nowhere near an elder yet. Maybe it's just a Knowledge Sim thing? (Sounds more like something Family Sims would go for but hey.)

It DOES something, but since it's not a huge modifier or absolute change, it's not noticeable to YOU.
