rufio - they're probably ignoring you because it's not repeating in anyone elses game - have you used the HDCU to check if anything is conflicting with TJ's mod? It could be the interaction that is causing you problems.
Guy - I had a similar but different (my lots wouldn't even load) problem in Apartment Life and it turned out to be DickHurt's community lot arrival speed controller. Do you have anything that is designed to change community lots. Also I'm sure that there was a similar problem referenced with non-witches at some point prior to AL. Have you searched for similar problems?

Actually, they just claimed it had been fixed in the most recent version, although it hasn't. I checked with HCDU and in fact took out all my hacks except the VC, and it still happens. I think it might have something to do with my not having BV, since that's when that feature was apparently added.

Wierd! I hope you manage to find what is causing it / they fix it. Maybe that is what's happening with Guy's lot too. . . .

Here's an update (for those who might have similar problems):
* I noticed, on another home lot, that certain new townies that came with Apartment Life become stuck on the sidewalk.
* Wanda the Witch can fly to her business lot and back, but I still need to use the fsslotdebugger to un-stick her.
Attempted Fix, Part Deux: I've kept the prison controllers (so far,) but removed a visitor controller. I forget who made it --- it comes in the form of a Painting (Portrait of a Lady who Hates {insert type of visitor}).
Result: Everything appears to be normal. So far... .
It's still too early for certainty, but I suspect the problem stems from The Work of the Non-Awesome.
Nine times out of ten, the fault lies in the Downloads folder.
I should have known, but I've been away from this game for a while.
At any rate, if this problem isn't hack-related, I'll let you know.

If the Visitor Controller is by TJ then you need to update it. The VC no longer uses paintings. That is probably what is causing all your problems, you silly person.
