Bangelnuts, it was worse than you could even imagine. For the original Miss Crumplebottom, under her clothes, was... A FIT MEDIUM-SKINNED MAN!! :o
When Maxis realised that a bunch of us had doors that made people nude & so on, they had to include a "fix" for the Crumplebutt in the Hot Date Patch. Because it was just way too disturbing for a pale-skinned old woman to suddenly become a buff young guy!

There's a hack for naked nannies at the adult section of MTS2. ;)
