Where can I find the total amount of time the game is played?

I got an achievement (?) for playing 100 hours,
now I would like to know how many hours I have played menwhile.

Please excuse my english, I am still needing practice.

(In Deutsch: Ich suche einen Zähler für meine Spielzeit. Den muß es wohl geben, da es Erfolge gibt, die sich auf die Spielzeit beziehen. Brauche ich vielleicht einen Editor oder sonst ein Tool?)
