Thank you, Xiomberg. Now, do I need all 3? I have not downloaded either patch, as of yet. Do these build on each other, or do I just used the last(est) version?
Again, so for the noobness, I have not used an EAxis patch before, due to the horror stories post-patch. But I figured it was bad enough this time to actually try it.

You only need the latest versions of everything. You should also install all of the other EA patches. Pescado doesn't bother fixing every little bug that has already been addressed in an official patch.

Just because I'm not totally clear- installing the patch doesn't give you SuckuROM, right? I'm wondering how it got back on my computer (... is it in the ARRed version?)

Installing the patch doesn't give you SecuROM. However, running the patched EXE without a no-cd will give you SecuROM.
