Where are the saved games stored?

Lol, I'm already bored with the game. So, I'm going to take Will Wright's "advice" (emphasis on quotes) and just play the game casually. For Spore, that means play it every once in a great while.
My first race is on easy (because I was testing out the game) and is fighting the Grox and attempting to reach the core.
My second race are veggies and are on normal mode. I'm just going to take my sweet time with them.
My third race, when I create it, will be on hard just so I can impress Pescado.... ;D ... although I'll never be as awesome as he. And I'll REALLY be taking my time with this one.
My interest in the game depends on how they fill the missing gaps.... ahem, excuse me, I mean "expand" the game with expansions.

In any case, the thing I wanna know, is if there's a way to cheat without getting that bastardy joker badge <_<

Depends on where you cheat. You can cheat in all the previous stages (But I think it might disqualify you for achievements), but if you cheat in space, you get the Joker.
