Fig Leaves (How to remove them?)

Maybe you delete a CC outfit and the fig leaves outfit is the random chosen one by the game ???

Do you have some kind of nudity mod? I've never had even very outgoing romance sims still nude after coming out of the shower or getting out of bed. I do use ACR and have it set so they are nude in bed but they always change afterward. Only difference between them and anyone else that I have noticed is they don't get embarrased about being naked. Even getting out of the hottub they change where other sims run around in their swimsuits.
